Summary

The job is for a Manager, India Online Training at Celonis, a leading Process Mining technology firm. Requirements

• Proven leadership experience either directly managing or indirectly leading teams
• Should have overall 10 years of work experience, with some team handling experience
• Significant experience in creating and delivering online training for different stakeholders in SaaS environment
• A top performer with demonstrable past success in achieving relevant targets and KPIs
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, motivating, and retaining top talent
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative (team-focused) mindset
• An entrepreneurial approach, self-aware, and an inspiring character with great energy

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Learning Experience designers in India
• Ensure timely delivery of online training that meets Celonis Academy high-quality standards
• Consult and develop enablement offerings based on new Celonis products & value methodologies
• Actively source training opportunities
• Represent Celonis Academy team in the regional and local events, initiatives, QBRs
• Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with other departments
• Enable culture of learning and keep team members upskilled in latest instructional design best practices and innovative technologies
• Proactively manage hiring, attrition, productivity, engagement, team motivation, and enablement across your team
• Coordinate and hold live & virtual (technical) training sessions
