Requirements

  • Proven experience performing web accessibility audits using WCAG 2.1 guidelines
  • Familiarity with accessibility testing tools (e.g., WAVE, Axe, JAWS, or NVDA)
  • Strong understanding of the ADA's final rule and implications for local governments
  • Ability to write detailed technical and executive-level audit reports
  • State and local government experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical details and requirements effectively to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple projects and clients in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities
