Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant tools
• An understanding of Gen Z/Student audiences
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS London campus on ocassion

Responsibilities

• Partner Experience: Support the Account Directors and Account Managers in delivering an excellent partner experience, ensuring all interactions are professional and timely
• Operational Liaison: Work closely with the Product Operations team to ensure the prompt delivery of campaigns and projects
• Content management; Ensure offers, app content and campaigns are optimised to communicate partner priorities and enhance member experience
• Media Campaign Delivery: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver complex media campaigns, ensuring they meet partner expectations and align with UNiDAYS standards
• Communication with Partners: Maintain regular communication with partners to support operational excellence and best practices
• Reporting: Utilise templates to deliver reporting for Commercial team partners, providing insights and actionable recommendations where necessary
