Summary

Join Sprout Social's Sales & Success team as an Account Executive L2, Velocity Growth and generate new revenue from existing clients in the small to mid-size segment. You will identify upselling opportunities, partner with the Account Management team, and prospect for new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly driven, collaborative, tech-savvy, and customer-centric, with a proven track record of closing sales. This role offers opportunities for career growth and development within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Requirements

  • 2 years+ of outbound closing sales experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Consistent track record of success in recent roles

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business from existing clients and serve as their product specialist
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and increase individual account values
  • Partner closely with our Account Management team, who will transfer qualified opportunities into your book of business
  • Prospect, develop and close new sales opportunities within the largest prospects in our upsell segment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Closing experience in B2B sales, social media experience is a plus
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - phone, email and webinar
  • Technical expertise and ability to acquire knowledge of new products
