Join Xero's Partner Success team as an Account Manager and contribute to the growth of our Partner Channel. You will build and maintain relationships with accountants and bookkeepers, guiding them in adopting Xero and increasing their client base's usage. Success is measured by subscription and revenue growth, meeting attendance, opportunity creation, CRM data integrity, and effective territory management. Requirements

  • Have experience of working in b2b sales
  • Have enjoyed success in a fast paced sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain relationships with Xero Partners (Accountants & Bookkeepers)
  • Guide partners to speed up adoption of Xero across their client base
  • Meet remotely with Partners to understand their businesses and position how Xero can work with them more closely
  • Attend conferences and events
  • Execute on a quarterly plan to take all Partners further along their Xero Journey
  • Ensure subscription & revenue growth
  • Attend online meetings
  • Create opportunities
  • Maintain integrity of CRM Data
  • Demonstrate excellence in territory management and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

Suit a Xero Practice accountant managing a portfolio of clients who is looking to move into a sales role
