Summary
Join Inductive Automation as an Account Services Representative (ASR) and contribute to the Sales Team's success. You will provide administrative support, gathering customer information, connecting them with resources, and facilitating sales through quote and invoice creation. This full-time position offers remote, hybrid, and on-site work options. Responsibilities include excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, conducting customer outreach, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with internal divisions. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with experience in sales or customer service and CRM software. A bachelor's degree is a plus. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Communications is a plus
- 1-2 years experience in a sales or customer service role
- Experience with a sales CRM software i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshsales, etc
- Excellent communication skills via the phone, email and face to face
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word/Excel and email platforms i.e. Gmail
- Self-starter and able to maintain strong self-motivation
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and juggle projects for multiple team members, while staying focused and completing goals by their deadlines
- Positive outlook with strong professional etiquette
- Quick-learner with the ability to utilize resources and navigate through documents
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service in a fast paced, high volume setting
- Promptly responds to customer requests and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepares and edits quotes for customers
- Conducts daily customer outreach via phone and email to follow up on open quotes or as requested by Account Executives
- Gathers details from customers including licensing information and software needs
- Schedules meetings and demos for customers, and occasionally attends meetings and makes follow up calls as needed
- Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Quote pipeline maintenance, ensures expired quotes are followed up on
- Creates spreadsheets and documents notes and licenses and location
- Maintains data integrity in CRM, keeping account and contact information up to date and accurate
- Collaborates internally with multiple divisions as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Strong Excel skills are preferred
