Summary

Join us as an Accounting Administrator based out of our Hamilton office, where you will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial duties.

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education in Accounting or Bookkeeping preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with all levels of the organization
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, aptitude for numbers
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software

Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices
  • Record payments received
  • Entry of financial transactions, journal entries and adjustments
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required
