Summary
Join Rundoo as a part-time, fully remote Accounting Consultant and become a subject matter expert, supporting new clients in setting up their accounting integration with Rundoo's software. You will lead client calls for accounting questions and integration support, participate in weekly implementation team meetings, contribute bi-weekly product feedback, and monitor Slack channels for internal accounting questions. This consultative role requires a CPA certification, experience consulting for small, retail businesses, remote work ability, and a valid U.S. driver's license. Familiarity with paint and hardware industries and experience with Quickbooks integrations are preferred. The role offers a $2,000 monthly retainer and the potential to transition into a full-time position. Responsibilities
- Lead client calls for accounting questions and integration support (80% of the role)
- Weekly meetings with the implementation team (5% of the role)
- Bi-weekly meetings for product feedback (15% of the role)
- Monitoring and responding to Slack channels for internal accounting questions and feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with paint and hardware or related industries
- Experience with accounting integrations - specifically with Quickbooks
