Requirements
- Youβre pursuing an M2 degree in Finance / Accounting and are able to provide an internship agreement (convention de stage)
- You have organizational skills and rigor
- You have analytical and synthesis skills
- You are comfortable with the Microsoft suite/package
- You are a team player with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative & international environment
- Fluent in French and English
Responsibilities
- Assist local accountants with the daily management of accounting operations
- Monitoring of intercompany/intragroup entries
- Contribute to the reliability and reporting of consolidated financial reports
- Document and update local and group internal control procedures
- Contribute to the harmonization of accounting practices between entities (standards, processes, tools)
- Participate in the implementation or strengthening of control mechanisms (e.g., delegation matrix, segregation of duties, control plan)
- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of cross-functional projects (ERP implementation, task automation, chart of accounts harmonization, tool migration, etc.)
- Conduct benchmarks or comparative analyses between entities or solutions
- Prepare presentation or internal training materials
- Contribute to user testing phases and tool acceptance testing
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of NetSuite or Pivot softwares are a plus!
