Join NovaForge/AI Venture Lab as a Finance & Accounting Intern and gain hands-on experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis. This master's level internship offers a hybrid/remote option, with flexible start dates and a duration of 520 hours (full-time or part-time). The internship provides valuable experience in a dynamic startup environment, including exposure to an upcoming IPO. You will analyze financial statements, develop financial models, track budget performance, conduct market research, and support investment evaluations. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and an interest in financial modeling and data analysis.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business/Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Interest in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Familiarity with financial statements and forecasting methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Develop financial models to support forecasting and budgeting
• Track and monitor budget performance and financial projections
• Conduct market research, including evaluating industry trends and competitor benchmarks
• Support investment evaluations and assist in expansion opportunities
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
• Provide insights for improving pricing strategies and financial operations
• Help with risk assessments and ensure financial compliance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Tableau and Power BI is a plus
