Summary

Join EVERSANA as an Accountant and contribute to accurate and timely financial transactions. This fully remote position, based anywhere in Ireland, involves managing general ledger entries, data analysis, month-end close processes, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will support the resolution of accounting issues, prepare consolidated reports, and perform bank reconciliations. The role also includes process improvement recommendations and ad-hoc project support. This position requires a degree in a related field or part-qualification as an accountant, along with 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a multinational shared services environment. Proficiency in complex spreadsheets and accounting systems (D365) is essential.

Requirements

  • Degree in related field or Part Qualified Accountant
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in an accounting role. Multinational experience in a shared services environment
  • Experience in the use of complex spreadsheets and accounting systems (D365)
  • Capable of communicating across all levels within the organization

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the team meet established GL & month end close deadlines across multiple jurisdictions
  • Support the resolution of issues on all assigned accounts and reconciliations to ensure proper and accurate reporting
  • Preparing of consolidated reports for the business
  • Bank reconciliation, credit card and indirect tax activity
  • Support AP with queries and resolution
  • Recommending and implementing improvements for process and cost
  • Supporting improvements to D365 for European entities
  • Serving as backup to other roles within the Finance department as needed
  • Performing ad hoc projects and duties as required
