Requirements

  • Proven experience of 4–7 years in related functions
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, including formulas and reconciliation tools
  • High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Initiate weekly vendor payments by proactively engaging with internal stakeholders and management
  • Maintain and update the cash flow workpaper to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations
  • Initiate and manage inter-company fund transfers as required
  • Follow up on and seek approvals for outstanding vendor invoices
  • Manage the AP inboxes and respond to supplier queries when necessary
  • Perform corporate credit card reconciliations and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Review and approve Concur expense reports, and process employee expense reimbursements accurately and promptly
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
  • Manage prepayment amortization and recurring expense accruals
  • Support month-end closing activities
  • Assist in the review of GL accounts to identify and investigate unusual variances
  • Manage a range of ad-hoc responsibilities and assignments at the direction of management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems is preferred
