Summary
Join NTT DATA, a leading technology company, as an Active Directory Engineer! Work remotely supporting a global client in New York City on an exciting project migrating multiple Active Directory domains. You will develop and maintain documentation, synchronize AD structures, migrate GPOs, define technical requirements, execute server migrations across environments, and perform post-migration validations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across various regions is essential. This role requires 3+ years of experience in similar migration projects and bilingualism in Spanish and English.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience of executing similar migration projects
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, including AD Servers and Roles, Organization unites, GPOs, and trust relationships
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, including AD servers, roles, organizational units, GPOs, and trust relationships
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows operating systems; experience with Red Hat Linux
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities in Active Directory environments
- Familiarity with ticketing tools
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, but verbal and written
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and ability to be a team player
Responsibilities
- Join an exciting project in supporting the migration of our clientβs multiple Active Directory domains
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation
- Synchronize and reconcile Active Directory structures across multiple domains
- Analyze and migrate Group Policy Objects (GPOs) between domains
- Define technical and application requirements to facilitate smooth migrations
- Execute the technical migration of servers across development (dev), pre-production (pre), and production (prod) environments from the legacy domain to the new domain
- Perform thorough technical validations post-migration to ensure system integrity and reliability
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams across various regions (Spain, U.S., and Mexico) to ensure alignment for both infrastructure and application services
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or a similar certification
