This role is ideal if you're passionate about improving mental healthcare access, provide outcome-focused care, and thrive in telemedicine environments. You'll manage your own schedule with support from a dedicated administrative team. Requirements

• Have over 1 year of experience being paid by clients to coach professionally
• Possess a College/University degree
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to put in the time and effort to be the best coach for clients
• Understand people who have ADHD
• Possess empathetic and intuitive listening skills
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have advanced proficiency using a computer and the ability to learn how to use new computer programs quickly
• Have a passion for improving access to high-quality care for anxiety & depression

Responsibilities

• Provide outcome-focused care
• Build relationships with clients
• Work in a telemedicine environment and navigate multiple systems while documenting notes
• Navigate ambiguous environments and iteratively improve processes
• Coach clients with deeper personal challenges, addressing self-esteem issues, fears, depression, anxiety, and self-sabotage
