Summary
Join be one solutions, a global ERP partner, as an Admin Manager to assist in managing the administration of our operations in APAC. This pivotal role drives operational excellence by overseeing the sales/purchase process, communicating with customers and vendors, managing purchase orders, coordinating between global and local management, collaborating with project managers on project budgets, handling customer billing, reviewing vendor invoices, and providing administrative support to various departments. You will contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment while making a significant impact on our global operations. The role requires experience in sales operations, business administration, and working for a global organization, along with a bachelor's degree and fluency in English. Requirements
- Have Sales operations experience for multi-national customers
- Have Business administration experience
- Have Experience working for a global organization
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Be fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Oversee entire sales/purchase process for assigned business unit(s): Creating proposals for customers and purchase orders to vendors
- Communicate with the customers and vendors
- Obtain, manage and track customers’ purchase orders
- Coordinate between global management and local management
- Collaborate with our Project Managers to create, update and supervise the structure and budget of customer projects in our internal system
- Be responsible for customer billing
- Review and validate invoices from vendors
- Provide administrative support to various departments in the company including operations, marketing, and human resources
- Handle various Sales Administration related tasks on demand

- Have a Degree in Business / Engineering / IT / Finance
- Be proficient in another language
- Be highly organized

- Be an effective communicator (verbal and written)
