Summary

Join Mercedes-Benz.io as an intern in their Talent Development & Growth team! This 12-month full-time internship focuses on coordinating, administering, and organizing learning and training events. You will support the procurement process for learning offerings, organize training sessions, maintain accurate training records, and collaborate with team members. The role also includes supporting the Skills Curricula project and creating a quarterly team newsletter. This internship provides practical experience in talent development and contributes to the organization's success. You'll have the flexibility to work from their Lisbon office or remotely in Mainland Portugal, with opportunities for team events and gatherings. Requirements

  • To be proactive, a real team player and eager to learn new things
  • Some experience in procurement and purchasing administrative tasks
  • To be an active communicator, able to engage with multiple stakeholders
  • To be detail-oriented, organized and focused on delivering high-quality results
  • To communicate fluently in English
  • To be proficient in Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Development & Growth team, mainly in learning and development administrative topics
  • Support the procurement process for all learning offerings, including researching vendors, obtaining quotes and processing purchase orders
  • Assist in organizing, scheduling and communicating our training sessions, workshops and other learning activities
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of learning initiatives and resolve any administrative issues or challenges that may arise
  • Support the Skills Curricula project with research, stakeholder meetings, and system configuration
  • Ensure the quarterly team newsletter is prepared and distributed
