Ads Specialist

This remote position based in Cali, Colombia, offers the opportunity to work with a fast-growing U.S.-based tech-enabled company. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, conducting keyword research, developing ad copy, and setting up tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and phone tracking platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, a current Google Search Ads Certification, and a proven track record of success. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Google Search Ads Certification is required (must be current and verifiable)
• Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, GTM, and phone tracking tools
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance metrics
• Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and managing significant ad budgets
• Must submit a portfolio or list of companies/projects worked on with campaign goals and results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube (as needed)
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, develop high-performing ad copy, and run A/B tests
• Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and phone tracking platforms such as CallRail, WhatConverts, or similar
• Build and manage proper UTM links to accurately track campaign performance and traffic sources
• Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI
• Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Stay current with Google Ads trends, policy changes, and new platform features
