Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and managing Google Ads campaigns for multiple client accounts with spends $25-$100k+/mo each
  • Excellent customer facing communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the Google Ads platform and best practices for paid ads
  • Proficient in Google Suite; such as Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Experience in conversion tracking and implementation
  • Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to seek answers and solutions with autonomy
  • Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously, with the support of your team, to manage the entire paid ads account from strategy, build-out, testing, and reporting
  • Ability to analyze in-platform data, as well as third-party support tools, to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to think through complex problems, develop hypotheses, execute testing, and understand when enough data has been collected to make a determination
  • Ability to multitask, highly organized, and able to prioritize projects effectively
  • Ability to adapt to different client goals, team dynamics, and new processes

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Google & Bing search and display campaigns for clients ranging from $25k-100k/mo in ad spend
  • Develop growth strategies for clients and execute them around measurable KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze performance data and report results effectively to the team
  • Create client-facing presentations, as needed, to report on strategy, testing, performance, and insights
  • Consult with clients and discuss analytics and strategy
  • Proactively perform keyword research, A/B Ad Copy testing, competitor analysis, test target audiences and bid strategies
  • Participate in creative discussions around strategies and tactics that drive results
