Advanced Operator

Summary

Join Invisible Technologies, a rapidly growing AI training and scaling partner, as an Advanced Operator specializing in Polish-English bilingual communication. This fully remote position supports cutting-edge AI language models by focusing on merchant recruitment sourcing for a food delivery company. You will make outbound calls to restaurants in Poland, meticulously document your calls, and contribute to expanding the company's reach. The role requires fluency in Polish and English, sales or customer service experience, and proficiency in Google Workspace. While previous linguistic auditing or translation experience is a plus, the primary focus is on effective communication and lead generation. Requirements

• Fluent Polish speaker (both spoken and written)
• Sales or customer service experience (experience in food delivery, hospitality, or telesales is a plus)
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
• Native-level proficiency in English and Polish languages
• Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and other suite tools

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to restaurants in Poland to introduce our delivery platform
• Complete notes from your calls into a sheet

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in linguistic auditing or translation is a plus
