Advanced Regional Controller

Summary

Join Feedzai's Finance Team as a key member responsible for EMEA region reporting and process improvement. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will strengthen internal controls, optimize ERP systems (NetSuite), and ensure accurate and timely month-end processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support audits, and prepare statutory documentation. This role requires a degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience (SaaS and Big4 experience preferred), strong IFRS GAAP understanding, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English. Requirements

• Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• At least 5 years in similar roles, preferably in a SaaS company
• Strong understanding of IFRS GAAP and Portuguese tax requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives

Responsibilities

• Strengthen internal controls and continuously develop accounting policies and procedures, while optimizing ERP systems (NetSuite) to enhance operational efficiency through automation and simplification
• Ensure business processes are documented and aligned with organizational goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate financial strategies with business objectives
• Manage and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of month-end accounting processes, including entries, reconciliations, financial statement reviews, and balance sheet integrity
• Support statutory and tax audits, prepare statutory documentation, and ensure alignment with local frameworks
• Report on the EMEA region
• Improve internal systems to drive automation and accuracy to the recording process

Preferred Qualifications

• Big4 experience
• US GAAP knowledge
• Experience with NetSuite/SAP ERP
