Requirements

• Dedicate a full-time schedule of 18-21 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm PST
• Prepare stories centered around Emotional Intelligence, Curiosity, Accountability, Collaboration, and Adaptability ahead of the virtual phone screen
• Participate in a Prep Bootcamp focused on preparation, education, and connection, including workshops, panels, and 1:1 chats with the recruiting team
• Successfully complete a virtual phone interview and final round interviews
• Be available for the internship duration: Monday, September 15th - Friday, December 12th, 2025
• Work in Santa Monica, CA, with a flexible remote/hybrid environment
