Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or content marketing β€” ideally in B2B tech or cybersecurity
  • A knack for storytelling and a high bar for quality
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to build trust with technical audiences
  • Experience managing content projects end-to-end, including interviews, production, and approvals
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and customer success
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias for action

Responsibilities

  • Bring customer stories to life across formats β€” from quotes and videos to full-length case studies and reference slides for sales enablement
  • Own our peer review strategy across platforms like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights, identifying high-potential advocates and driving consistent growth in reviews
  • Collaborate with product marketing to source and secure customer quotes for launches and announcements
  • Test and scale new storytelling formats and programs, especially those that help sales and customer success teams tell the Wiz story in a relatable, authentic way
  • Recruit and manage a pool of reference-ready customers for speaking opportunities, events, and analyst engagements
