Summary

Join Quorum as their Product Operations Specialist and manage the product life cycle for their PAC product. Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to enhance product processes and provide qualitative and quantitative insights. Improve and develop standard operating procedures, analyze key metrics, and contribute to the full product development lifecycle. This role offers the chance to impact Quorum's product portfolio and improve cross-functional operations. The first year will involve onboarding, identifying process improvements, developing a refined product feedback cycle, and significantly updating the Product Team's standard operating procedures. The position requires at least three years of experience as a product operations specialist or product manager, preferably in SaaS or B2B solutions. Requirements

  • Have at least three years of full-time professional experience working as a product operations specialist or product manager, preferably building software as a service (saas) or other B2B solutions
  • Demonstrate expertise in project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion
  • Effectively manage timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, reporting, and project management
  • Recognize the importance of precision in product operations
  • Be results oriented; focused on achieving measurable results and outcomes
  • Set clear goals and work diligently to accomplish objectives within established timelines
  • Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and can effectively present written and verbal information to a wide range of audiences
  • Have a solid understanding of the technical aspects of product development
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams and grasp the intricacies of product features
  • Be a highly-motivated and meticulous self-starter who wants to make valuable contributions to a team from day one
  • Be excited about taking initiative and getting your hands dirty to expand your skills and suggesting solutions to challenging problems that require tradeoffs

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product life cycle for Quorum’s PAC product
  • Work closely with product managers, product designers, engineers and other internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute improved product processes and qualitative and quantitative insights for the 10+ person Product Management team
  • Improve and develop new standard operating procedures
  • Compile and analyze key metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders around the full product development life cycle
  • Develop an improved product feedback cycle; streamlining the complete process of collecting and organizing user feedback, analyzing data to estimate and measure impact, align feedback to roadmaps across the full product portfolio, and effectively communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Make significant updates to the standard operating procedures and operations of the Product Team in order to meet the organization’s broader business objectives
