Join TechBiz Global's team as an Affiliate Manager and manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates. Oversee the onboarding of new affiliates, monitor their performance, and generate reports on key metrics. Analyze results to optimize campaigns, research and recruit new affiliates, and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored funnels and regularly review processes to enhance affiliate communication and management. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms, and experience with various reporting tools. The ideal candidate will possess a doer mindset, be comfortable working with uncensored content, and have experience scaling affiliate programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies
- Competence with tools like Everflow, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in CRM tools and project management software for managing affiliate tasks and communications
- Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
- Goal-orientated, ownership and commitment

Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported
- Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program
- Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns for better performance
- Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network
- Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates
- Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with complex affiliate tracking system like postback S2S setup, ad servers and so on
- Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level
- Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing
- Experience with subscription-based business models
- Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques
