Requirements

• 3+ years experience in aftercare sales experience, at a dealership, or retail environments (required)
• A passion for customer engagement and the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be explaining product benefits clearly and confidently
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, systems, and processes
• A team player with a go-getter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support customers post-purchase with enhancing their car ownership experience
• Help customers select from a range of add-on products like extended warranties, servicing packages, dash cams, window tinting, and more, ensuring they get the best value and peace of mind with their car purchase
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right aftercare solutions
• Be the go-to person for customers at this crucial stage of their car-buying journey, delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience

Preferred Qualifications

Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and tools like Google Docs is a plus, but not required
