Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with deep domain knowledge in Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Demonstrated experience leading SAP implementation projects, with a focus on delivery excellence
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills — able to guide less experienced team members
• Consulting background with exposure to multiple industries and client environments
• Expert with SAP S/4HANA, especially public cloud implementations
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel for major project milestones
• Flexible work arrangements

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and implementation of complex, integrated configurations across Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), on greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA Cloud projects
• Own end-to-end project responsibilities: requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare
• Provide leadership and day-to-day mentoring to junior consultants, ensuring quality and capability uplift
• Act as a subject matter expert on business processes with customers to define and align business requirements and processes with SAP best practices
• Ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Sales & Distribution (SD), Transport Management (TM), and Asset Management (EAM)
• Support project governance by contributing to planning, resourcing, and client updates
• Act as a strategic advisor and hands-on expert for clients during critical delivery phases
