Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role, preferably in growth-focused or transformation contexts
- Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and change management principles
- Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, training sessions, and agile ceremonies
- Data analysis skills to make informed decisions and demonstrate the impact of agile practices
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel or Sheets, JQL
Responsibilities
- Coach teams and leadership on Agile principles, values, and best practices
- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions to foster alignment and continuous improvement
- Build trust across teams, act as a neutral party to resolve conflicts, and cultivate a healthy work environment
- Support team development through Tuckmanβs stages of group development, helping them advance toward high performance
- Implement and refine agile strategies and standards across competencies (DevOps, Data Platform, API, UI)
- Partner with stakeholders to design team topologies that support intentional scaling
- Develop and track metrics for value delivery, quality, and process efficiency to inform stakeholders
- Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and spreadsheets to analyze trends and drive improvements
- Work with Product and Engineering Leaders to align team priorities with company-wide objectives
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring cohesion and shared understanding
- Guide the organization through transformations by introducing agile methodologies tailored to our needs
- Lead initiatives to improve meeting culture, backlog management, and sprint execution
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
