Responsibilities

  • Own our Recruitment Process
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a seamless, personalized, and high-quality candidate experience
  • Partner with our Leadership and Client Teams to forecast hiring needs, balancing short-term and long-term growth strategies
  • Collaborate with our Talent Director on our employer branding and implement attraction strategies using AI and automation tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the overall candidate journey
  • Lead and Develop the Team
  • Step into a leadership role for our Sourcing Team, helping them sharpen their skills and deliver exceptional results
  • Guide and support our Talent Acquisition team on internal hiring projects, fostering alignment and focus
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and continuous feedback to help the team achieve their goals and advance their careers
  • Build and scale our internal recruitment function over time, creating a sustainable hiring framework
  • Be a Strategic Partner to Sales
  • Work closely with our Director of Business Development and Talent Director to understand customer hiring needs and contribute to tailored recruitment solutions
  • Share actionable market insights to inform attraction strategies that align with client goals
  • Position internal recruiting as a testing ground for tools and approaches that can benefit our clients and inspire prospects
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve
  • Stay on top of industry trends and innovations to keep Tribe at the forefront of recruitment best practices
  • Use data and analytics to forecast hiring trends and inform strategic decisions
  • Develop talent pipelines for current and future needs, ensuring agility and readiness
  • Collaborate Across the Organization
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
  • Support employer branding initiatives that highlight Tribe as a destination for top talent
  • Promote internal career growth opportunities to foster retention and engagement
