Requirements

Proficient knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their practical application, particularly in a multiteam environment
Structured and analytical working style, high interest in new technological developments, and a deep understanding of agile principles and values
Enjoy teamwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to actively shape change processes
Fluency in German (C1+)

Responsibilities

Implement successful implementation of agile methods and practices in teams
Provide consultation and guidance on the adoption of agile working methods across multiple teams
Conduct trainings and workshops to disseminate agile principles and techniques
Coach leadership and teams in agile thinking and methodologies
Identify and solve challenges during the agile transformation process
Promote a culture of continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Certification as Scrum Master or Agile Coach is beneficial
