Remote Agile Coach

Summary

Join our team as an Agile Coach (part-time) and contribute to the successful implementation of agile methods and practices in our teams. As a part-time employee, you will work remotely or from one of our locations in Offenbach am Main, Leipzig, Berlin, or Hamburg.

Requirements

• Completed education or comparable training
• Several years of experience as an Agile Coach in different corporate contexts
• Experience in organizational consulting or organizational development
• Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their practical application, especially in a multiteam environment
• Structured and analytical working style, high interest in new technological developments, and enthusiasm for driving digitalization in the public and social sectors
• Strong communication skills and ability to actively shape change processes
• Proficiency in German (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Implement agile methods and practices in our teams
• Provide coaching and guidance for the implementation of agile working methods across multiple teams
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to introduce agile principles and techniques
• Coach leaders and teams in agile thinking and methods
• Identify and solve challenges in the agile transformation process
• Promote an agile company culture and continuous improvement
