Summary

Join Zillion Technologies Inc. as an Agile Coach to lead enterprise Agile transformation, coach teams, and manage program delivery for a strategic federal program focused on drinking water safety and environmental compliance. This role requires developing and executing Agile transformation strategies, establishing Agile CoE standards, aligning Agile practices with federal objectives, and coaching teams in SAFe best practices. Responsibilities include delivering SAFe training, facilitating Agile ceremonies, overseeing program delivery, managing program scope and risks, and providing executive-level reporting. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery and program management, 5+ years coaching Agile/SAFe transformations, and an active SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery and program management
  • 5+ years of experience in coaching Agile/SAFe transformations
  • Active SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
  • Experience working in a federal contracting environment
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise Agile transformation strategy
  • Establish and mature Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, tools, and best practices
  • Align Agile transformation with federal mission objectives and compliance requirements
  • Lead Agile maturity assessments and roadmap creation
  • Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, RTEs, Scrum Masters, and leadership in SAFe best practices
  • Deliver SAFe training and Agile workshops (e.g., Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, LPM)
  • Facilitate key ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt
  • Advocate Lean-Agile values across the organization
  • Oversee Agile program delivery across workstreams, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction
  • Manage program scope, timeline, risks, deliverables, and team performance
  • Provide executive-level updates and reporting
  • Serve as a liaison between federal stakeholders and delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with EPA, public health, or environmental safety programs
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne
  • Experience implementing DevSecOps in federal Agile environments
