Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks
- Strong experience managing workflows in Jira, Confluence, Wikisphere, or similar tools
- Ability to lead teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive continuous process improvements
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Organize & Optimize Workflows – Plan, track, and manage tasks to ensure efficient execution and team alignment
- Agile process implementation – Introduce and maintain Scrum and Agile best practices, ensuring team adherence and fostering continuous improvement
- Facilitate team collaboration – Serve as the primary point of contact between teams in Germany and Romania, ensuring a smooth exchange of information
- Jira & wikisphere management – Maintain the Jira board, backlog, and feature development tracking within Wikisphere
- Workshop & event moderation – Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder workshops
- Support the development team – Act as a Scrum Master for the development team, guiding agile transformation efforts
