Requirements

• Hold a degree in Agronomy (ideally focused on crop protection) with a proven track record of field experience
• Possess high-level English reading and writing skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team, both internally and externally with CloudFactory clients
• Be an expert in plant recognition with a deep understanding of various crops and their specific characteristics
• Demonstrate proficiency in digital tools and a basic understanding of precision agricultural concepts like "see and spray" technology
• Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and a strong ability to solve problems are essential

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data annotations according to established guidelines
• Engage with team leads to refine annotation protocols and identify areas for improvement
• Act as an escalation point in reviewing edge cases to help the existing team identify particular crop and weed species
• Support in fostering high-quality datasets for AI model development
• Participate in client calls to understand how business and product objectives translate into annotation requirements
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in agronomy and relevant AI technologies
