Requirements

• Proven experience in providing agronomic advice to farmers
• Strong knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and carbon farming techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Advise farmers on best practices for sustainable agriculture, including soil management, crop rotation, and pest control
• Assist in the development and implementation of carbon farming strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote carbon sequestration
• Conduct field visits to assess crop health, identify potential issues, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with farmers to develop customized plans for optimizing crop yields while minimizing environmental impact
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agronomy and share knowledge with farmers to improve their farming practices
