Summary

Join Pattern Data, a company using AI to rapidly analyze medical records, as an AI Analyst. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Experience working with large language models such as gpt4, Claude, Llama, Gemini
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a proven track record of deconstructing complex issues and implementing precise and innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teams across the organization
  • The ability to grasp and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • A customer-focused mindset and enthusiasm for tackling our users most complex problems

Responsibilities

  • Help train and configure large language models to power our platform and workflow
  • Engage in state of the art prompt engineering, bringing your intuition and curiosity to get the most value out of modern AI models
  • Test and evaluate existing detection systems, identifying and implementing improvements
  • Adapt to changing work priorities, and understand that flexibility is an innate requirement at small companies
  • Work in and learn a wide variety of technologies, including Python, SQL, and Excel
  • Collaborate with the Litigation Managers to optimize the design of new litigations
  • Guide expert nurse reviewers on validating medical evidence to ensure accuracy and alignment with litigation objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with analytics or BI tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail, and a drive to ensure high-quality, error-free results
