The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in PPC, AI marketing tools, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and API integrations
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualization tools
  • Experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and budget management
  • Understanding of AI-based automation for data processing, lead qualification, and personalization
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and bid management strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and workflow automation (Zapier, AI prompts, etc.)
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with SEO, content, design, and sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, etc.)
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategy to improve ROI, CPC, and CPA
  • Develop and implement strategies for budget allocation and bid management
  • Set-up and test campaigns on new ad platforms
  • Work across departments to streamline Marketing and Sales processes using AI tools
  • Automate Data cleansing and data enrichment
  • Automate Lead qualification and distribution to speed up sales lead intake to response times
  • Regularly audit sales and marketing process to implement the latest AI tools to maximize operation efficiency in both Sales and Marketing
  • Test and implement AI prompts, API integrations, zaps, smart AI spreadsheets, and content personalization
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and proprietary AI-driven platforms
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, including traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition costs
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and align with broader marketing goals
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure an integrated approach across all marketing channels
  • Work closely with design and development teams to optimize landing pages for paid search campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC and AI marketing trends, best practices, and tools
  • Continuously experiment with new strategies and tools to drive innovation in the marketing approach
