Join our LATAM team as an AI Engineer and work remotely from Latin America for US clients with Nearsure, a staff augmentation company that values people and culture. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and improve scalable AI systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ Years of experience working with Python
• 3+ Years of experience working with AWS
• 2+ Years of experience working with LLM Frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex)
• Experience in Machine Learning (ML)
• Experience with Natural Processing Languages (NPL)
• Experience on applying scalability patterns (caching, parallelism, routing, asynchrony, decoupling)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop and improve scalable AI systems
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve payment systems' efficiency, security, and performance
• Build and deploy AI solutions using a stack that features Python, LLM libraries, and AI third-party services and AWS services
