Senior AI Engineer

Summary

Join Inato, a Tech for Good company, as an AI Engineer to build and optimize AI-driven solutions with real-world impact. You will work closely with other AI and Product Engineers to develop cutting-edge AI products that address complex challenges in clinical research.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Data, Development or Machine Learning roles
• At least 1 year of professional, hands-on experience working with LLMs and related tools in production
• Strong Python programming skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and experience deploying AI-based features
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Must be located in France

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI products in collaboration with Product Engineers to solve real-world healthcare challenges
• Work with product and business teams to qualify requirements, ensuring that the AI models align with business goals and performance expectations
• Support the use of observability and monitoring tools to ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of AI models
• Participate in hands-on tasks such as manual data labeling, building prototypes, and setting up internal tools
