AI Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a highly skilled AI/ML engineer with 4-6 years of experience. You will be responsible for building and deploying LLM-powered applications using LangChain, developing production-scale RAG agents, and creating GenAI chatbots. Proficiency in classical ML algorithms (LightGBM, XGBoost), data science tools (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), and feature engineering is essential. Experience integrating models into APIs and production environments using Python is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building GenAI agents with LangChain and experience deploying GenAI chatbots in production. This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements

• Experience with Classical ML ( LightGBM, XGBoost etc ) and real-world deployment of machine learning models
• Proficient in using LangChain for building LLM-powered applications
• Very strong experience with production scale RAG agent building, prompting, GenAI Chatbot and agent building
• Hands-on with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and Jupyter
• Strong background in feature engineering and data intelligence extraction
• Comfortable with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Experience integrating models into APIs and production environments using Python-based frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should have a background in building GenAI Agents with Langchain
• Production deployment experience of GenAI chatbots
• A series of OpenAI API calls to build AI Agents
• Ability to build APIs from AI/ML models
• Model building and Feature engineering experience in Real estate domain is a plus
