Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will develop, implement, and optimize AI solutions using LLMs and related technologies. You will design AI-driven solutions, engineer prompts, manage vector databases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires expertise in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and experience with specific technologies like Azure OpenAI and Semantic Kernel. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and AI solutions
- Expertise in prompt engineering and large language model fine-tuning
- Strong programming skills in C# or Python, with a focus on AI model integration
- Proven experience with vector databases, indexing, and search technologies
- Hands-on experience with Semantic Kernel or LangChain for AI application development
- Familiarity with AI deployment pipelines and cloud-based solutions, specifically Azure
- Strong understanding of AI model performance, optimization, and scalability
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to innovate and troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize solutions utilizing large language models (LLMs) such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and related technologies
- Design and build AI-driven solutions utilizing Semantic Kernel or LangChain for business-specific use cases
- Engineer and fine-tune AI prompts for optimal performance, accuracy, and relevance
- Create and manage vector databases, indexes, and search technologies to support AI applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI model solutions into existing systems and workflows
- Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of AI systems for scalability and reliability
- Provide training and guidance on AI technologies and best practices to non-technical teams
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and manage data structures to support AI-driven solutions
- Ensure the security, sustainability, and maintainability of AI platforms and solutions
- Stay current with AI technologies, trends, and advancements to bring innovative solutions to the team
- Translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders to facilitate business adoption
