Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • Experience building and deploying real-time AI applications
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AI-driven real-time speech-to-speech agents by collaborating closely with product, design, and research teams
  • Ship low-latency, high-impact features that enhance our user experience
  • Drive core improvements to our AI infrastructure, including optimizing large language models (LLMs), automatic speech recognition (ASR), and text-to-speech (TTS) pipelines
  • Execute on major projects from concept to production, with a focus on delivering impactful features with measurable product outcomes
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions that meet the needs of our AI strategy
  • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for model training and evaluation
  • Implement and optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain AI models and systems in production, ensuring their accuracy and robustness over time
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning technologies, and integrate them into existing systems
  • Conduct research to explore new AI techniques and methodologies that can benefit the organization
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Physics or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain
  • Experience with WebRTC
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
