Requirements

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and deep learning techniques
• Develop and implement natural language processing (NLP) solutions to analyze text and speech data from learners
• Create AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants to provide learners with personalized support and guidance
• Leverage NLP techniques to automate tasks such as content creation, assessment scoring, and feedback generation
• Utilize large language models (LLMs) to generate high-quality learning content, translate languages, and summarize information
• Fine-tune LLMs to specific learning and development use cases, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Explore and evaluate new LLMs and NLP techniques to enhance the capabilities of AI-powered learning solutions
• Utilize a wide range of AI tools, including Chat GPT, Exemplary AI, Dall-E, Claude, Paragraph Generator, MidJourney, WriteSonic, Canva, Grammarly, Podcastle, and Synthesia, to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Integrate AI tools into existing learning platforms and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Stay informed about new and emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to the learning and development industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the learning and development industry
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design principles
