Summary

Join Vosyn, a fast-growing AI company, as a Senior AI Ethics Advisor. This fully remote, contract position (10-15 hours/week) offers an equity-only compensation package. You will develop AI ethics frameworks, provide strategic guidance on ethical AI development, design bias mitigation strategies, and advise on ethical implications of emerging AI technologies. The role requires 7+ years of experience in AI ethics or related fields, an advanced degree, and a deep understanding of AI technologies. Vosyn offers a remote-first culture with flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work with senior management and contribute to a pre-seed AI startup.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in AI ethics, technology policy, or related fields
  • Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or Ethics
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their societal implications
  • Proven track record in developing ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Experience in bias detection and mitigation methodologies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global AI ethics guidelines and regulations
  • Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance models
  • Provide strategic guidance on ethical considerations in AI development
  • Design and implement bias detection and mitigation strategies
  • Create mechanisms for AI system explainability and transparency
  • Advise on ethical implications of emerging AI technologies
