Join Aimpoint Digital, a leading analytics consulting firm, as an Analytics & AI Strategy Engagement Manager. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping their data, analytics, and AI transformation agendas. You will assess clients' data landscapes and develop strategies to turn data into valuable assets. Responsibilities include leading the development of enterprise data and AI strategies, designing data products, and developing data monetization strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead stakeholder alignment workshops. This position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience leading data and analytics projects, and strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing advisory roles and a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Masterβs in Business or related field preferred
- 5+ years of recent experience leading Data & Analytics or AI projects & teams or similar leadership role in a large-scale, complex organization
- 5+ years of strategy development and execution experience
- 3+ years in client-facing advisory roles, ideally within top-tier consulting firms or innovation-driven companies
- Experience leading engagements in Enterprise data strategy, AI strategy, data product design and development, or data monetization initiatives
- Strong Analytical skills with experience in business case development and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, GenAI) and their business applications
- Proven track record of developing data governance and AI governance programs, including ethical and regulatory considerations
- Deep knowledge of data product management principles, including product lifecycle management, data service design, and go-to-market strategy
- Familiarity with monetization models such as tiered data services, embedded analytics, and data marketplaces
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, dbt, coalesce, Dataiku, Alteryx, Sigma, Alation, Tableau, Power BI
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Enterprise Data & AI strategies, aligned to business objectives and designed to scale across the organization
- Define, design, and operationalize data products by identifying high-value data use cases, customer needs, and internal efficiencies
- Develop data monetization strategies, including internal value creation (e.g., operational efficiency, personalization) and external revenue models (e.g., data-as-a-service, API products)
- Evaluate current-state analytics and AI maturity across people, process, technology, and data; identify gaps and develop actionable roadmaps
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI/ML teams to define AI use cases, prioritize roadmaps, and design strategic AI frameworks to deliver AI at scale
- Design modern data governance models that support Analytics & AI enablement, regulatory compliance, and trusted data consumption
- Work closely with cross functional teams to define future-state data architectures, data pipelines, MLOps frameworks, and product lifecycle workflows
- Define value proposition and track KPIs to measure business impact of data products and AI solutions
- Lead stakeholder alignment workshops, executive briefings, and change management initiatives to ensure adoption of strategies
- Create practice accelerators including delivery frameworks, maturity assessments, templates, and POVs for AI Strategy, Data Products, and Monetization
- Support sales and business development by shaping proposals, participating in client pursuits, and driving thought leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), RPA, and MLOps practices is a plus
- Certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), PMI-ACP, or AI Governance/Responsible AI are a plus
