Summary

As an AI/Machine Learning Engineer at HatchWorks Technologies, you will design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also mentor junior engineers, provide education to clients on AI trends, and focus on creating solutions that improve user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning development
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and deploy scalable AI solutions
• Conduct research on the latest AI trends and technologies
• Optimize machine learning models for performance
• Integrate machine learning models into existing systems
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Provide webinars and other forms of education to clients on AI trends, new tools, and proofs of concept
