Ai Python Engineer, Tech Lead

Summary

Join Encora as a Python Engineer and significantly contribute to the development of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence systems, including LLMs, agent orchestration, and data science enablement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participate in daily discussions, and execute tasks independently and collaboratively. This role is fundamental in driving the next generation of AI solutions. You will improve and abstract current functionalities, develop solution components, participate in technical discussions, and follow Agile processes. The position requires leading a team of skilled developers to build innovative AI solutions. The work is full-time and remote, based in Brazil.

Requirements

• Experience with AWS Cloud (vpc, security groups, policies, ec2, rds, elasticache, cloudwatch, Bedrock, SageMaker)
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Distributed Systems
• Experience with AI Systems
• Experience in Leading Software Development Teams
• Experience with Terraform or any IaC
• Github
• Linux environment

Responsibilities

• Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches elaborating detailed design documents
• Improve and Abastract current functionalities into reusable Libraries
• Develop solution components in partnership with the Data team
• Participate in technical discussions with customer operations and Data team
• Follow Agile processes and participate actively in all development phases, fostering a culture of collaboration
• Lead a team of highly skilled developers into building cutting edge AI solutions
