Tech Lead Manager, ML Infrastructure

This role involves leading a small team of ML engineers, building our ML pipeline, driving the technical roadmap, and consulting with industry experts. You'll be responsible for developing growth plans, mentoring engineers, and defining success metrics for our AI product. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years of management, and expertise in Python, Typescript, and cloud technologies. Requirements

• Have 10+ years of experience in a software engineering team, with at least 2 years of management experience
• Have experience working in python, typescript and with various cloud technologies
• Have experience leading teams of 2+ engineers
• Have a track record of shipping business outcomes in a 0→1 environment

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of ML engineers to achieve business outcomes and technical excellence
• Build our ML pipeline, as well as full-stack as needed to deliver our AI product
• Drive technical roadmap and project management for your team
• Consult with AI industry experts to de-risk technical strategy
• Develop growth plans and keep engineers motivated
• Work with leadership and cross-functional partners to define success for our AI product as well as an execution plan
