AI Software Engineer

Summary

Lingoda is seeking a talented and experienced AI Software Engineer to join their team as a founding member of the AI team. The role involves developing AI solutions to support teachers and students, integrating various LLM's and API's, and working with the DevOps team on deployment, CI, and security.

Requirements

• Demonstrable expertise and experience in developing AI solutions
• Experience using LLM API’s and integrating LLM’s solutions into applications
• Understanding of NLP concepts and techniques. Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks like spaCy, NLTK, or transformers
• Good experience with a variety of backend and frontend technologies. We use - Node or PHP/Symfony/Doctrine/MySQL backend, with React front end
• Good Python skills
• Good knowledge and practical experience with OOP and design patterns, as well as with modern architecture approaches
• Experience with TDD and BDD
• 4+ years of general web software development experience
• You are passionate about code quality: writing tests and documentation belongs to your natural workflow
• The ability to work together with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to achieve a common goal
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with many other functions and departments
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English skills (C-level)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
