Summary
Join Leadtech as an AI Training Specialist and play a pivotal role in democratizing AI usage across the organization. Reporting to the AI Enablement Lead, you will design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions to empower various departments in confidently adopting AI tools. You will guide colleagues through a structured enablement journey, focusing on learning, experimentation, and practical application. Your success will be measured by the number of employees effectively integrating AI into their daily tasks and solving real-world problems. You will also contribute to curriculum design, training delivery, enablement program support, and the development of an AI Champions network. This role requires a proactive and skilled technical trainer with a passion for training and enabling data-driven AI applications.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 > 4 years in a training, L&D, enablement, or change management role—preferably in a fast-paced tech environment or with digital tool training
- A natural communicator: who enjoys demystifying complex tools and concepts. Able to build trust quickly with business stakeholders and adapt messaging across functions
- AI Curiosity & Literacy: Strong interest in artificial intelligence, generative tools, and productivity automation. You’re familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Image generation models, Notion AI, N8N, or similar
- Empathy-Driven Approach: You listen deeply to understand users’ challenges and design training that speak to their real-world workflows
- Passion for AI: A genuine passion and awareness for artificial intelligence and a strong desire to learn products that leverage its capabilities to solve real-world problems
- Adaptability: Able to keep pace with rapid AI developments and continuously evolve training materials accordingly
Responsibilities
- Curriculum Design & Development: Create engaging, accessible learning experiences, including tutorials, workshops, knowledge bases, and office hours on generative AI tools, prompt engineering, automation use cases, and more
- Training Delivery: Conduct 1-to-many and 1-to-1 training sessions, adapting your communication and content style to suit both technical and non-technical audiences
- Enablement Programs: Support and execute department-specific enablement plans that embed AI tools into workflows, guided by team pain points and opportunities uncovered by the Enablement Lead
- AI Tool Champions Network: Help identify, onboard, and nurture a network of “AI Champions” within departments to support grassroots AI adoption
- Create Feedback Loops: Capture insights and feedback from employees during training sessions and feed it into the AI Enablement Lead’s strategy to evolve tool usage and internal roadmaps
- Workshop Co-Facilitation: Co-host AI inspiration sessions, demos, and hands-on labs as part of broader evangelism and internal marketing efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Training: Previous experience Training internal employees on tools and workflows, leading extensive workshops with different teams
- Leading Workshops: Previous experience leading workshops or multiday workshops
- Background in adult learning: instructional design, or workshop facilitation
- Hands-on familiarity: with prompt engineering or no-code AI platforms (bolt/lovable, replicate, etc.)
