Requirements

• Proven experience in creating AI-generated video content, preferably for YouTube
• Experience using AI tools such as Synthesia, Runway, Pictory, or similar platforms for video creation and editing
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement strategies
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Creativity in developing compelling content ideas that drive action and resonate with viewers
• A portfolio of past AI-generated video projects (required for consideration)

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, AI-generated video content tailored to YouTube audiences, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand voice while promoting both Hooks & Needles and Mrs. Quilty
• Leverage AI Tools (e.g., for voiceovers, scriptwriting, animation, and video editing) to produce polished, professional videos
• Implement YouTube Performance Strategies, focusing on SEO, audience engagement, and algorithm optimization to maximize views and interactions
• Research Trending Topics to develop creative video ideas that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement
• Collaborate with the Team to align video content with overall marketing objectives and ensure both brands consistency
• Optimize SEO through keyword-rich titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata to improve video discoverability and performance
• Monitor Video Performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future content
• Deliver High-Quality Videos on time, maintaining creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in all projects
