You will build and grow the Indonesian Reapra community through innovative strategies, plan and execute events, manage social media, develop partnerships, and co-develop new systems to increase founder quality. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to work autonomously in a flexible, remote setting. Experience with social media management, community engagement, and partnership strategies is essential.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a strong motivation to promote and support a new, non-traditional approach to entrepreneurship
• Able to work autonomously in a flexible, remote setting while managing multiple priorities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Experience with social media management, community engagement, and partnership strategies

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Indonesia Reapra community through innovative strategies & organic engagement
• Plan & execute events, meetings, and activities that will perpetually grow the community
• Manage social media platforms & create contents to increase visibility, engagement, and awareness of the community
• Develop partnership with like-minded organizations
• Co-develop, execute and update new systems to increase founder quality
• Coordinate with teams across the Reapra organization to align efforts & achieve shared goals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in creating and growing communities from the ground up, both online and offline will be a strong advantage
